Choose Exchange or Refund
Select whether you would like a different size or color for an exchange, or if you prefer a refund to your original payment method.
Print and Pack
Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then securely package your footwear in the original box or a similar mailing satchel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or ship your new pair within 3-5 business days.
